Overview

I was tasked with getting two large High-Pressure Units (HPUs) up and running smoothly. I used Siemens TIA Portal software and Siemens S7-1200 PLC hardware to control these units, making sure everything worked seamlessly. I also created easy-to-use screens for the operators on Siemens Basic HMI panels, making it simpler for them to manage the HPUs.

Apart from the technical side, I had hands-on tasks too. I checked the stop valves to ensure they were working correctly, which was important for safety. When things went wrong with the servo valves, I troubleshooted and fixed them. Additionally, I checked the wiring and corrected any mistakes to prevent any problems down the line. By combining my technical knowledge with practical skills, I played a vital role in making sure these HPUs operated reliably during commissioning and FAT.
